Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Papillon Spa, your appointment is reserved especially for you. We value your time, and we kindly ask that you value ours as well.

To provide the best service to all of our clients, we strictly enforce the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in:
  • A $30 fee for services under $100
  • A $50 fee or 50% of the service total (whichever is greater) for services over $100

• Prepaid treatment packages will lose one session if the appointment is missed or canceled late

• No-shows will be treated the same as late cancellations

We understand that emergencies happen. However, repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Giving us at least 24 hours’ notice allows us to offer your spot to another client who may be waiting. Thank you for understanding and helping us serve everyone better. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you at your next visit.
